Training will begin at the time shown on our Events page. Training here is limited to water and some land retrieving. These sessions last until about mid-afternoon or until the last of the dogs have been run. This is a group event that counts on the help and cooperation of each participant. All attendees are expected to help one each other train the dogs. Regardless of your level of expertise there is always some way in which you, as a participant, can help another person and his or her dog. If you have not been to a training event in the past, we encourage you to read the information found in our training information document that you can access on the Club Documents page. It will give you some ideas regarding items to bring along with you and what you might expect to see at an event.  These events are all about helping one another and our dogs reach ever higher levels of ability. We hope to see you this season!

Please note: For the last couple of years, we have held an end of summer potluck at this location’s August event. The potluck has been well received by our members. Non-members are welcome to attend and do not need to worry about bringing a dish to pass. There has always been more than enough food to go around.
